'AIRBORNE MAN' FEATURED IN MMA FIGHTER JACOB THRALL'S WALKOUT
After Marc's reel of Ain't a Rich Man went viral on Facebook, people have been reaching out across the globe, sending inspiring and touching personal stories. In June 2023, MMA Fighter Jacob 'Gerber Baby' Thrall reached out to Marc letting him know he used his song Airborne Man in a recent walkout in a victorious fight against Dre Miley. Watch the intro to hear his song and see Jacob get in the zone for his fight.

He was born and grown from Lafayette, IN, and captures a gritty rural sound within stories reminiscent of classic country-folk-style roots. There’s a freshness to his acoustics and a richness to the histories he shares.
And I realize potential skepticism on that one, especially with a recent resurgence of outlaw/country-style story-telling themes and the aesthetic commonalities along genre lines, for both male and female artists. It’s starting to feel predictable.
But Marc Ridge isn’t just another bearded-tattooed hippie cowboy with a uniquely intriguing past and ass-kicking anecdotes.

Festivals have to be our favorite type of event that the guys play. There's something about the electric but zen energy that buzzes through the air. Even though it was hot, that didn't stop the guys from putting on a rocking performance!! Marc and the Revelers held down the stage for the afternoon, and The Black Crowes took the stage that same night. Our whole crew had a blast - in the mountains with music lovin' folks. A perfect Summer weekend.
